We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great with a unique tunnel leading to the beach, and the private beach was definitely a highlight. However, the dining experience fell short, as we found the restaurant to be too small for the number of guests, leading to long waits and repetitive food options. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the service seemed overwhelmed at times, especially in the restaurant.
